A dough made quickly to save time, a large quantity of yeast and poor quality flours.
Who has never experienced that horrible feeling of heaviness after a pizza ?
When you come to grab your pizza to La Biga you come to enjoy a light dough, full of flavour. More than a dough it's patience and passion, after a total of 4 days of fermentation you'll be eating a little Italian cloud, a jewel for your palate.

The answer is simple, most of it is frozen.
La Biga offers you a limited selection of pizzas but our ingredients are always fresh, carefully selected to respect the classic flavours that smell of southern Italy.

The Flame

 

There's no such thing as a Neapolitan pizza without a flame. 90 seconds in an Italian dome oven at 400 degrees to get the perfect result. And heat in the oven and in our hearts. To warm you up in winter, or in a t-shirt in summer. In a spirit of sharing and joy, or a smile when you're feeling blue, Neapolitan pizza will always be with you.


Who are we?


La Biga Oy was born out of a passion for authentic Italian cuisine and a desire to share our love of pizza with the people of Pirkanmaa. I make it a point of honour to use fresh ingredients and prepare each pizza with care to satisfy you. I'm proud to offer you an unforgettable  experience !
